Aislinn Mackin has joined VIDA as customer care agent, based in our Dundalk head office.
Aislinn brings a wealth of experience to her new role; she has worked in a contact centre/customer care environment as customer service associate for a number of years in the energy sector and has demonstrated customer-centric and team camaraderie focus, together with an ability to deliver results. She has been responsible for training new personnel, liaising with third parties and has an eye for best practice within the customer care environment - all of which will be vital to VIDA as we enter our next phase of company growth.
She says: "I am excited to be part of the customer service team here at VIDA. I strive to give all our customers the best customer experience possible and to build a strong relationship with them. I have 10 years of experience working in customer service and enjoy listening to customers' queries and suggesting a solution, making sure it’s tailored to the circumstances."
In her spare time, Aislinn is also a keen artist, and she enjoys painting and drawing.
