Eleanor Mc Elarney has joined VIDA as customer care team leader, based in our Dundalk head office.
She brings both experience and passion to her new role at VIDA – during her career, she has so far onboarded and coached more than 250 agents, ensuring customer needs were met and any team technical issues were within target. Her focus on the quality of calls, communication and customer care queries has been imperative in previous roles, and will be a vital part of VIDA's growth plans as we continue to improve our service.
Reflecting her performance as a team leader, Eleanor went on to win the company Circle of Excellence awards twice & Superstar awards (10). She has a team-oriented leadership style, having developed and coached agents for different campaigns understanding communication and individual learning styles.
Eleanor says: "I am excited to be part of the VIDA Family, where our customers are the heart of our business. Delivery of an excellent customer journey is my mission and I am passionate about our company values: Value, Inspire, Deliver & Achieve."
She is also the proud mother of two boys, and she has two cats. During her downtime she enjoys walking with her three dogs: Lexi, Zeus and Magpie.
