That is why we are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of CliQx (pronounced Clicks), our brand-new, state-of-the-art customer portal.
CliQx is designed to make ordering and account management faster and more streamlined than ever before. This launch coincides with a major upgrade to our internal systems—a new centralised business software system across all of VIDA Living marking a massive step forward in our commitment to world-class customer service.
To bring you this powerful new platform, we are undertaking a brief transition period. Here is everything you need to know to ensure your business operations continue running smoothly.
Important Dates & System Transition
To prepare for the upgrade, we will be retiring our legacy digital platforms and conducting rigorous testing on our new infrastructure.
- Thursday, 28th May at 5:00 PM (Sharp): The current VIDA Webshop and VIDA App will permanently close.
- Friday, 29th May at 12:00 PM: Our office will close until Tuesday 2nd June
- Tuesday, 2nd June: Our teams will begin dynamic testing of the CliQx portal alongside our new internal systems to ensure peak performance.
Please Note: The CliQx portal will not go live immediately on 2nd June. We will keep you closely updated on the official launch date—we promise it will be well worth the wait!
How to Place Orders During the Transition
Your business doesn’t stop, and neither do we. From 5:00 PM on Thursday, 28th May until the official launch of CliQx, our dedicated team will be processing all orders manually.
During this interim period, please send all orders directly via email to:

Our customer care and sales teams will be fully available from Tuesday 2nd June to assist you with order placements, stock enquiries, and any support you may need.
