When the Portal was introduced it made the ordering from Vida living so uncomplicated.

If a member of staff at Direct furniture is dealing with a customer and needs to query the stock levels at VIDA, it on many occasions seals a sale as we are able to quote exact lead times for delivery as we can check the Portal immediately and with accuracy.

Our first point of contact with ViIDA is David Cameron, a very professional agent who always keeps us up to date with the latest offers and accommodates us as far as he can if at any time with something that we may be stuck for. Our second point of contact is Lesley McCarthy.

Our retail world would be so much more difficult without Lesley. Again, Lesley is always on the ball and pulls us out if something is needed in a hurry. Our delivery date is very rarely changed and if it is, we are advised by Lesley well in advance.

There is a delivery notification sent to us from Lesley at least 3 days prior to delivery to advise us what is coming and if we are expecting maybe stock goods should she hold them off until we are ready - again accommodating in full.
